When I studied biomedical engineering, I truly believed that it’s my calling to bridge the gap between the engineering & the medical world. Moving forward, I became really passionate about finding opportunities where I can break down these barriers in other industries ****and learn to speak different "languages" that can contribute to all parts of the process.
In my journey so far, I’ve been learning the many “languages” of engineering 👩🏻💻, design 👩🏻🎨, manufacturing 👩🏻🔧 & project management 👩🏻💼 that really helps me understand what it takes to get a product to market.
I bring over 8 years of experience working on physical & digital products**,** with the last 3 years more focused on mechanical design + manufacturing**.** I’ve freelanced, been part of a fast-paced design firm, and worked at many early-stage startups in a variety of industries.

With my personal & professional values in community, growth, and creativity - I thrive at the intersection of engineering & design, love to collaborate, and am always learning from other disciplines along the way.
You can find me traveling to National Parks to earn my next Junior Ranger badge, dancing on rock walls, building community by planning whimsical (mostly food-based) events, nerding out on Notion & productivity systems, and working with my hands with a variety of mediums, ranging from cakes, ink, yarn, food, instruments, metal and wood.
I’m also an active member in the hardware & design communities (SF Hardware Meetup, Women in Hardware, Women in Design, etc.).
